Is anyone successfully getting anywhere with EA help?

They finally replied to my petition regarding the missing daily crystals by telling me to do the first thing I did...re-sync for missed purchases....and then closed the e-mail by telling me to reply using the Case Number at EA Help. Only, there is no Case Number, it tells me the case has been closed.

Subsequent e-mail attempt it's as if they didn't even bother reading my message at all. Told me that had located my prior complaint which appeared to be related to this one and resolved, and refer to the original Case Number at EA Help and closed THAT e-mail string.

To reiterate, EA Help shows my case number as closed and inaccessible, so I kinda feel just a wee bit jerked around. As anyone managed to successfully get assistance from them at all, but in particular regarding the missing daily crystals? It's going on about 2 and a half weeks now with this issue.
