Where are my green crystals?!

Hi everyone! I have a big problem, and the support doesn't answer me! I had 1600 green crystals in the GW in the morning (7am). The next time I wanna buy something I only had 100 crystals left. Where are they gone?! Is there a time limit to buy characters for your crystals or so?! I reported that to the support but they didn't answer my request. Is there anybody out there who had the same problem?

you can't buy st han with green crystals. St han is available from arena not gw. Maybe that's the problem

I can buy Chips for the characters in the GW store with the green crystals …
