Recommendation: giving/trading excess gear with one's guild members

Dear EA,
You may already be considering this matter--but I think it would greatly enhance guild dynamics (and their general attractiveness) if you incorporated a feature that enabled guild members to share or perhaps trade excess gear with other members of their guild. I currently have 100s of pieces of excess gear that I don't need and which are just sitting in my virtual closet, when I know that there are others guild members that could benefit from them ...
