Bug when refreshing ewok event

Today I refreshed the Ewok event for 200 crystals, which worked with no problems. However, I went to refresh it a second time for another 200 crystals but this time the battles didn't refresh for some reason. I waited a couple minutes and reopened the game, but the battles weren't refreshed and my crystals were still at the same amount. Because of this, I assumed the process didn't go through, so I clicked "refresh for 200 crystals" once again. The battles refreshed this time, but I lost 400 crystals instead of the 200. Anyone else have this problem? Who should I contact to get refunded the 200 crystals that were deleted?
