Locked out of account

Been locked out of the account Chaddy Daddy for like 9 days now. Consulted customer support on day one, gave them my ally code and plenty of relevent information, and supposedly my case has been escalated to specialist? All I get from customer support is "soon", and the last time I contacted them was the 1st. This is ridiculous. Google play says the best they can do is a refund for the hundreds of dollars I've invested into this game. Should I take it, customet support?
