I get the pinwheel of death when attempting to access my galactic battle arena. I have restarted the game (shutdown the app) several times and restarted my ipad. I've allowed the pinwheel to spin a minute or two before finally giving up. Am I the only one seeing this?

I still can't load galactic war even after the announcement and weak 360 gift so I can't finish at all.
