What are they thinking? We got 500 for less mistakes than this, I truly believe that they are horribly understaffed and as this game progresses the mistakes keep stacking up before they can fix the rest.

Which is crazy they pretty much have one or two frontmen to take care of all these issues (EA Jesse is the only one I really see)- for a game that generates millions and millions of dollars, its insane to think that these kinds of things dont have some contingency plan or have more staff to handle this.
