Is reward missing bug when doing back 2 back raids fixed?

There was a long standing bug -> When a new raid is started before claiming reward, it meant that no rewards showed up for people. This happened to several guilds previously doing back 2 back raids.
Is this bug still existing or fixed in recent patches?
