Where did the train your character and fill a grea slot daily activity go?

Both the daily activities for gear collection and training a character have disappeared some time ago(I believe with the 15/6 update). This new dev update states that the gear collection one has a button added to it to direct you to the character screen so it seems that it was not suppose to go away. I would like some sort of explanation as to what happened and I lost out on a lot or the rewards( about a month now) as I did that everyday

They were swapped out once you hit level 80. Instead of them you get Omega materials on a daily basis when you've completed them all. Obviously, if you'd rather get a few small rewards for levelling and gearing toons you don't care about, then you can always give the Omegas back and ask to be bumped down to level 70... (",)
