He has 0 potency but a special attack to inflict both phisical damage down and max health down
Isn't the chance to actually deliver these negative status effects on opponents 0% in the arena against high geared opponents or am i seeing it wrong?

G10 with scanner and he gets 40%.........but you also need 3 furnaces too.......
