Actually, the movie "ET" was originally titled "A Boy's Life" while in development. But a Bugs life was a good guess. For reasons only CG knows, a double s is blocked. I wanted to hint at Steven Spielberg.
That's right, I remember learning that once! ET was also originally going to be a movie about much less adorable aliens that torment the family. After changing it to be about the lovable alien we all saw, $$ (censor that, mods! lol) reworked the original story, making them ghosts, and made... POLTERGEIST.
