I am suffering for a bug and EA crews make it worse!

My Leader Skill is Level 5 but at the Arena it worked as Level 4.
After working of help.ea.com(#21994622), it becomes Level 1 at the Arena.
Still I can not see the counter attack of the leader skill at the Arena match.
Another EA reply(#22012486) wrote "Further, please post your query on the official forums"
If somebody works here, Just look at the screenshots.
This is in the case of Phasma leader of the Arena. Whoever is the leader of the Arena, the problem is still there.
