No no no. Defense is the set bonus. Every mod will have a different stat under primary stat. You put together so many defense mods and max them out then you'll receive the defense increase.
Are they all the same? Will every lvl 1 defense mod I come across have offence as its primary stat? Or do they change? I have noticed that some come with a different color face. Instead of blue I have seen green and red and various other colors. like in the mod shop, I have seen lvl 1 defense mods with a green face. Are these different?
