Should EA stop buffing Galactic War opponents?

It happens every round, opponents 6, 9 and 11 all buffed like they're Superman mainlining sunshine. Who else is sick of this?
IMHO, I don't want an "added challenge" in GW. If wanted to keep fighting toons that can beat me I'd stop leveling, gearing and modding MY toons.
I invest my time and (sometimes) money to be able to crush my enemies, see them driven before me and hear the lamentations of their loved ones. (Apologies to Conan)
Stop robbing me of the simple joys in life EA!
