How much potency does Teebo need to use his omega in phase 1?

before mods it was g10 teebo with nubianscanner to relatively constantly reduce tm on the pigs, i dont really know how much that was (believe 70%) so that is quite easily also achievable with mods now so your g8 should be sufficient with correct modding

That's what I needed to see. I need to figure out what to mod his potency to.

I added a 47% potency mod to gear X Teebo w/ scanner and his other mods added 8% more. His tm reduction was resisted 2x in a Heroic phase 1 where my team did 81%.
