+1 for not trying to fix the quagmire mods created. Players will figure it out. Yes we are upset at the balance but undoing this mess isn't possible w/o loosing the trust of your player base. Let it evolve. Let whales be whales for awhile, the rest of us will let them pave the way as it is figured out.

You add something to the game that requires a little bit of thinking: People go crazy, lazy whales go crazy.

If you facing an arena team full of MK5 mods, its because they prepared for it, banked their cantina energy.

In a week, you will be there as well.

Lol what do you mean not trying to fix? Read the developer notes. It's priority number 1.

Gear should trump everything else. Mods should have been a tweak. And not everybody who spent money is a whale, plenty of people who have spent their hard earned 10 dollars on a scanner that livid about this.

They are going to fix it because we complained too much. Now we need to complain about them fixing it, haha, but seriously, by the time the nerf, err fix it we should have figured it out a lot more. In fact, I'd wager based on income for the past 24 hours is really the only "complication" in fixing it.

lol yes, because protection completely negates health in the same manner that mods does to gear and stars. Great analogy!

No. They are going to fix it because they created a feature without requesting feedback or doing LITERALLY ANY user research. They are going to fix it because they injected a feature without any testing at all. They are going to fix it because literally overnight, GW went from somewhat difficult to impossible for the average player.

Nerfing or "fixing" mods isn't going to do anything. Think about it, if they reduce every stat by a certain percentage, it will still be the same exact thing on a lower scale.
