Mod Questions

I both love and hate this update, so I'm just going to keep playing and see how it goes. I love getting mods, and adding them to my characters. I like leveling up each mod. It's like Christmas to see what bonuses you're gonna get. I hate facing arena and GW teams with mods. I like the new mod levels.
Anyways, I have some questions about these mods.
1. Are the mods showing up in the power level? I've max upgraded every one of my arena toons and yet my arena power still says 33,600 (it was 34k before the update). I feel like they should really effect the power level of toon. Probably why GW is the worst now.
2. If I use 2 or more of the same type of mod do I get the double bonus? Say I use 6 health mods on one toon, do I get 3 health bonuses?
3. Can we have GW not have mods.
4. Can I have more credits please? I've spent all mine on mods.
