Tier 3 Health Mod Challenge rewarded a 4 Dot Purple mod...Why?

As the title says. I ran 17 Tier 3 Health Mod battles and received 5 mods which should have been all 5 dot but the beautiful purple one had only 4 dots making it sub par to the regular white 5 dots that I received.

Edit while typing this...Just noticed that the possible rewards got changed so you don't always get a 5 dot mod

Because with the new and improved challenge there's only a "chance" to get the 5 star mod!
