My mod went up 0.69, then I leveled it again and it dropped 0.31. Also, those weren't on the levels where you're supposed to gain any secondaries. I'll just wait and see what happens :-P.

When you guys decided to update and do partial refunds of credits, it caused the rest of the mod upgrade to be off..... This needs to be fixed. A much better idea is to refund all credits on the mods and then let us decide if we want to upgrade or not.

These are supposed to be a quality mods which mean they can all upgrade.... They hosed this update too. My Dev team wasn't allowed to be this incompetent....
