They "fix" it after all the complaining. They tweaked them to little bonuses on top of your skills. Isn't this what you wanted? Then why am I reading all these sulky unhappy threads?

It sucks being right all the time.
I will agree that there is something to be said for the cost of the investment many of us put into it being out of whack. Whether in resources or actual money or both.
Something should be done about that in all fairness and in due time. Expense vs gain is imbalanced significantly seeing how it's ultimately all turned out.
