Kicked out of potency 1-a

Anyone else keep getting kicked out of this fight, or any fight? I get to stage 4 of 5 and the game shuts down. It gives me a connection error, but all forms of connection are perfectly normal (wifi, 4g). I think the error is Error 9. I have lost 20 cantina energy to this already, which is always in short supply.
