Black Sun Rising had it happen for our raid on July 14th. What happened to us, is we finished the raid and it went into the hour finalize phase. A patch hit, and then wiped out our raid. I've contacted their support several times now over the past two days, and none of the tech support people can find the raid I'm talking about in their logs (it also doesn't help that it seems their logs are off a day with for some reason our raid we did on the 13th showing up for the 14th).
Anyways, we had to get ours escalated to specialist. Here's hoping he actually does something and my case doesn't get ninja closed like what happened when one of our officers tried on the first day.
