Qui potency raid issue.

Just ran phase 1 of our first raid post updates (tierVI) and found that on Qui's primary attack the TM was resisted well over 50% of the time. Teebo and Rex had no issues. My Qui is fully leveled/geared and shows a potency of 69% with 4% of that from mods. It seemed like the game was only counting the 4%. Both Teebo and Rex have lower potency (35 and 25) but had a much higher effect rate.
