Ewok scout

When I have chief chirpa give everyone retribution, sometimes they all fail to attack against aoe. I had Vader use his aoe and ewok scout never retaliated. This has happened multiple times and he is always the one that fails to attack.

Toons don't counter if they dodge the attack. Since scouts unique gives him 5% evasion for each ewok ally it is likely that is why.

Patman is correct. Scout dodges a lot when all the roger ewoks are there
