raid VI problem

Hello i have a big problem with the rancor raid
i can see the door control panel just in the first fight and no more charge it
in the next attempts
this is not the first time

please help

It appears that members began raids before the push of a recent update to the game (7/14) which may be the cause of the door panel glitch you are experiencing. In order to rectify this issue, you will need to:
- Complete this current raid as is and then begin a new one (which should factor in the recent update and fix that bug)
- Cancel the current raid your guild is in and begin a new one
