Mod upgrade x10 cost issue

I just did two x10 upgrades on a MK5-A mod and cost is supposed to be 22.5K per x10 upgrade. But my credits went from 2.2 Mil to 1.98 Mil. I believe this was a pre-patch Mk6 mod that was converted. Please fix and how do i get my credits back? Note that a single upgrade cost the expected 2,250 credits.

I spoke with EA support on this and in a nutshell they could not see ANY mod upgrade purchases in their system on my account over the past few days when i know that i made them. After several holds\researches they came back with their are "Mod issues" affecting all players right now and there is no fix, or compensation at this time and to watch the forums\twitter for updates...I suspect since they can't find records of Mod upgrade purchases in the system they had no way to validate my claims...sad. My recomendation would be do single upgrades vs. x10 upgrades. I know the issue for sure occurred on one of my Mk 6 converted to Mk 5. I did a bug report on the ea help site as well.
