Clone Commander phase 1
Basic:commanding attack:deal physical damage to target enemy and call an ally to assist dealing 40 percent less damage, with an additional assist on crit
Special:targets marked: give all allies accuracy up for 3 turns, with a 50 percent chance to grant 30 percent turn meter
Special 2:impact grenade: deal special damage to all enemies and stun enemies with 50 percent turn meter or more
Unique:Morale boost: all clones have plus 12 speed and +25 percent offense while clone commander is alive

Just put some potency mods on him and boom, problem solved!
Exactly what I said when Mods were released. Now I get to put in work and resources to fix their borked up character flaws. He's a support character, he is SUPPOSED to have some potency to do his job.
