Possible New Arena Bug

So I started a new account tonight, and reached level 8. When I went to battle in the arena (rank was #1408), I could only challenge 3 spots above me (#1405). I thought it was strange, but did the battle anyway. I came back after the timer for the next battle was up, and could only challenge 3 spots above me again(#1402)! I restarted the app with the same thing happening again. I then went as far as starting another new account - exact same result. This is extremely frustrating and is preventing me from being able to move up in Arena rankings. Is anyone else having this happen to them?

Although I still think this is a bug. After waisting multiple arena matches it did self correct.

Yeah after playing like 5 battles it'll be normal, not a bug just how the game starts

I believe you have to challenge a full team. I.e. Not just clone and Jc, for it to stop, that's what happened for me anyways
