I think old republic stuff may possibly still be cannon, at least somewhat due to the Old Republic MMO that's still around and still releasing expansions. Pretty much everything else non-cannon ended production of new material.

Swtor and kotor is not officially canon.
BUT
1) They're set up 3,000 years ago so no one at disney's making much of a fuss.
2) they have a lot of popular characters like HK and Revan
3) some kotor first planets are cropping up on the Force Awakens galaxy map
So it's not officially oficially canon, and no one is oficially saying it's not canon is where it's at.
It could go eiher way. If the fan traction pulls through you might see Disney officially endorsing it. If not it will stay in Limbo.
Besides Bioware is EA and GoH is EA, so there's no reason for HK not to show up here.
