RAID disappeared

Hi,

we were doing a RAID (TIER VI - last phase) when al the sudden the RAID stopped.
Now it is reseted but nobody within the guild got any rewards nore did we finish it yet (4 Mio dmg left). Yesterday around 23:30 it still was fine but shortly after that the RAID was reseted/done/canceled (?).

Can you please take a look?

The exactly same thing happened to us (Tier VII - phase 4) - the Raid stopped/disappeared!!!

We have people that have the characters to attack the raid and show 5 battles available that get the pop up telling them all available characters are dead and they have to wait for refresh. The posted damage yesterday but cannot get into the raid today.

To give some additional information, during the Raid there was a Client restart due to the Mod Appreciation update.
