Guild lost its leader

Our guild's leader no longer logs in. I opened a request to EA help and they asked that I post in here. The guild was looking to get the leader replaced with an active officer. I checked this morning and I am no longer part of the guild (not by my doing) so I am not sure if someone is working on it or not. My guild is Legendary Rivals.

Also note that I received a message that my guild has started a raid but somehow I've been taken out of my guild.

Update: I was able to rejoin my guild as it is an open guild. Only issue is the leader who does not log in anymore.

Can we get Lacklol or Tess changed to the leader (current active officers)?

You guys may have to start a new guild and bail on the old one we almost had to do the same thing

Submit a ticket to customer support.

It would be easier to star a new guild and have everyone come over.

We just started a new guild for the same reason. Old guild was left with 1 officer (me) it was easier to do that.
only problem was if you leave a guild and come back to many times, you get locked out for 24 hours
