Is it possible to get multiple bonuses of the same mod set?

Example: If I have 6 health mods do I get the set bonus times 3 or just 1 set bonus?

You get three. It shows you at the bottom of the screen when they activate

What do we mean by "stack" here. For 3 sets of health for example Is it not 3times5=15% health bonus?
Or is it more than this 5% times the base health of character then 5 times that amount and 5 times the next new amount?

That would be compounding, stack just means 5+5+5 equally 15% increase to health.
