Chat not updating

A few people in my guild have experienced this previously and I experienced it tonight, sometimes the guild chat gets stuck and no new updates appear in chat for a single member, although the rest of the members are chatting and can see the lines. The only way to see the mission chat is to either force quit the game and reload or enter a comment in chat. I did that tonight and an hour's worth of conversation I couldn't see before suddenly loaded.

There is a chat bug. If you entered a comment it can go totally empty but if you scroll it you should be able to see your comment and all new ones.

Yes have had the same problem with chat not updating but scrolling hasn't worked.

So it must be something else I've have encountered.
