Chief Nebits leader not applying Crit chance down

Hi Looks like Chief Nebits leader ability is not applying crit chance down on crits from Jawa's. Just did 2 battels with him as lead and not once did it try to apply crit chance down... not even resists came up on screen to show it was trying to apply it and failing. Anyone else with nebit can confrim this?

Yup I can confirm, I did the jawa mod challenge today with nebit lead and I have never seen the debuff

They don't release any characters without in depth analysis and testing by a group of highly motivated and dedicated professionals.
