As I'm heavily biased towards droids, I'd like to see the Droideka (Destroyer)

Now that's he's officially made canon, should be no issues
I'm not sure if R2-D2 being introduced is real or a hoax, but if he's real, I think he might be the shard reward from T7 of the AAT (like Han Solo is for the Rancor).

It honestly doesn't make sense. He's on the freaking start up screen and the holo table and all of their advertising!
That being said I would vote for Clone Wars Kenobi or Starkiller.
