Character from Chromium Card purchase not showing as available

I used up 350 crystals to purchase a Chromium Card and a 2 Star Qui-Gon Jinn dropped, but the character is not showing up as available in my Characters tab.

Instead I can only see a greyed out Jinn with 10/25 cards I've already collected.

Where did you collect those 10 shards from? It sounds to me like you were awarded 10 shards towards Qui Gon not the character themselves.

Chromium cards don't always award a full character drop, usually it's just 10-12 shards for a character.

Yes. This faked me out a few times as well. You can gain shards in chromium purchases, random drops in hard difficulty battles and purchased in the squad arena shipments to help max out the number to get the character.
