Does anyone have a link or information on Mods.

The info i am looking for is the max value of the Primary Stat.

For Example
A level 1 Cross/Plus Sign can have Potency at 15% maxed
A level 2 Cross/Plus Sign Can have Potency at ?? maxed
A level 3 Cross/Plus Sign Can have Potency at ?? maxed
A level 4 Cross/Plus Sign Can have Potency at ?? maxed
A level 5 Cross/Plus Sign Can have Potency at ?? maxed

Looking for the other stats too like the max speed it can have for each level.

Thanks this gives a good guide on mods but doesn't give maxed stats that each one can have.
