Guild leader seems to have been inactive for a while. What can I do?

Would like to know too if there is a way to remove an inactive or non responsive guild leader.
My guild has a few inactive officers and a leader that does not listen to pleas of removing them and appoint new ones.

I need to know this as well... Everyone is active in our guild except the leader and he only has two officers so it hard for them to keep it all together. Is there anyway to mutiny and take over or let the officers promote some people?

Can we please have a response to this? In another game I play there is an impeachment function to address guild leaders who are inactive. Also, can you add a private message function too? Thanks
