I have to report some kinda bug : i have succeeded arena first position twice recently but didn't received the reward for it (with makes : 2k tokens + 1000 crystals).
I don't like to beg, but a deal is a deal...
So i contacted the assistance, got called back on the phone and the guys explained me that on certain points only developers can solve the issues because of different studios organisation's in Electronic Arts. They suggested that i transmit my request on this part of the forum : here it is (# 22062368).
Could you please have the rewards being sent on my gaming account as soon as possible ?
I would appreciate.
Again the rewards are not beeing properly given : first place in arena and the reward i've just received 2 minutes ago is for rank 11...

Please guys, this is embarassing and honestly it's starting to p1ss me off, i want the rewards i deserved : which is now a total of 3k tokens and 1500 crystals.
No news from the Devs, whom are therefore not taking care of this matter
This lack of action and reaction seems not to be possibly interpreted differently than, at most a deliberate attempt to force players to spend €/$/£ to get the rewards they already earned, at least a very convenient way to make profit quietly with a poor customer service...

is it too hard to say to this thread "feel bad, will look after" etc
if this people earning money from this work it shows why packs so expensive. bec if company paying money for nothing, they will ask a lot for a little pack
