Guild Contributor Achievement Stuck

I have noticed that my Guild Bank currency contributor achievement "counter" has been stuck at 9,668 for several days (over a week now), despite having maxed out my guild contribution most days. According to the guild management screen I have produced 17,508 Guild Bank Coins as of this posting. I suspect this started happening when the guild bank currency change was released.
This issue was noted on EA's answers.ea.com forum:

I didn't see any mention of it in your Bug Bin or in the rest of the forum. Maybe you guys are working on it in conjunction with the daily currency contribution reset bug. Wanted to make sure you were aware.
