Need a Heroic Guild

Im in a T5 guild which is very friendly but Im getting sick of doing all the damage on every raid. We did a couple of T6 which result the same way...

I have almost 5 7* squad and a Phase 1 squad. Im interested in a Heroic Raid Guild where everybody is active with no trash talk.
