Mod power reduction
I called customer service and they pretty much told me I'm out of luck. When the mods came out abd I saw how powerful they were I spent every resource I had to fill all my characters with them maxed out. Over 23,000 crystals, 20,000+ energy and so on. I spent my own money to make this happen.
This is called a bait and switch and I was told "tough luck." Considering I've invested many hours and thousands of dollars into this game I am highly considering getting a lawyer over this. Bait and switch is protected by law and I'm not the type to just lay down and say thanks for stealing from me. There's no way I would have invested all those resources into the mods knowing they weren't going to be as helpful.
This has class action law suit written all over it.
