Upgrade chits

So there's this cool new feature called Upgrade Chits. They allow you to star up a character.

They come in 2* to 7* star varieties and allow you to promote a character to the corresponding star rating, in lieu of using credits. Your character must of course still qualify for such a promotion. Upgrade Chits are earned in Galactic War.

One 2* chit will promote a character from 1* to 2*. It takes four 2* chits to take a toon from 2* to 3*. 64 2*s will promote a character from 6* to 7*, or two 6*s, or four 5*s, get it? Cool huh?

He's suggesting another currency that would be used to promote characters in place of using credits. So, instead of spending 1M credits you would spend 64 (I think) of the chits earned in Galactic War.

I don't know if what he says is legit, but this type of currency does exist in other games. It's be w nice way to get around the ~2m to star up toons.
