I chose "other". I ran into some seemingly impossible proc rates. Was wondering if others had similar experiences. I wasn't disappointed.

Also, I was frustrated with the game seemingly punishing me for collecting every character I get. The game got so monotone with everyone using the same extreme high level characters. I needed to vent.

You need to add complain, report glitches, and directed by customer support to your options.

It's like having Leia absent from a top toon tier list.

I always join the forum of games I'm into. It serves lots of purposes, including many of the ones you listed. It also helps you feel more like part of the community, giving you a feel for where the players and devs want the game to go. Hopefully even influencing that sometimes.
