Question About "Stat % (Mod %)" Format
Hello All,
Looking for some clarification on something that I should probably know the answer to, but don't. When you have a character that shows a stat that is modded, which stat is the actual number?
For example, with potency, if Teebo shows 40% (30%), does that mean:
A) He has 70% potency
He has 40% total potency, 30% of which comes from mods

White text - current total stats (hard stats + floating stats)
Blue text - floating stats, i.e what mods are doing (and therefore what can change is you swap out mods)
Hard stats are determined by level, rarity and gear...
It i also critical to note that any "unique", "special" or "leader" skills are not in any way accounted for in the character window.
As in Dathcha's Crit Chance, Jawa Engineers speed etc...
