Bug: QGJ does not give Offense Up when dispelling Offense Up granted by JKA

So the title is pretty self explanatory...But I've noticed time and time again that when I use Qui Gon to dispel the offense up buff given by JKA does not grant offense up to my team. @CG_Kozispoon might wanna check it out..
