There's another thread talking about that, and it's come to the conclusion that she isn't actually a Sith and therefore doesn't deserve the Sith tag.

Well technically speaking assaj should be jedi, sith, scoundrel, rebel and Droid since she fought under each of those banners at one point or another...

She never was a Sith though. She was trained as an assassin and not as a Sith. Is General Grievous a Sith just because he has lightsabers, was trained by Dooku and is a Separatist? Nope.
