Prior Guild Reward Refused - worst customer experience

At this point I am on the verge of giving up. This has been no less than the worst customer experience I have ever gone through. It's been almost 2 months, multiple emails, chats and even getting my guild leader involved who I wouldn't know for the life of me. I will give him/her credit that they wrote in on my behalf. I don't know what else to do or say other then trying to escalate to Disney/EA corporate and see if that works. It is shocking at how bad the customer experience is and the complete run around provided by an offshore customer service team. I have no clue how to get this resolved, but as I said before, I will not stop. Btw, I enjoy the game, this is the primary hang up hat is really hurting your brand. A simple thing to fix, but for some reason I don't understand you refuse.

    Customer Service is never help, all they ever do is say post on the forums. Then you do and never hear anything or have anything resolved unless everyone is in an outcry
