Losing Arena battles to forced restarts

This is the second day in a row that I've received a forced refresh trying to start an arena battle just to come back into the game and have a countdown and one less attempt available for the day.

Please fix this. It appears someone was already engaged in a pvp battle with me right as my timer was expiring, then it errors out and forces a refresh.
