Can't add allies anymore

as the topic says I can't add allies since some days anymore. That's very annoying because I do most of the recruiting for my guild. I have 49/50 allies currently. Am I the only one with this problem or does anyone els have this issue?

Look at your invites.. if there are some thee that are expired and did not accept they count.

Nope that was not the reason. Pending invites are counted to allies btw.
